Mental health issues and the stresses and challenges of corporate life are increasingly having a detrimental impact on employee’s performance and contribution.
I work with individuals in organisations to address issues which are preventing them from performing at their true potential using a combination of coaching and therapy.
The methods I use are fast and effective and most issues can be resolved in 1-3 sessions. Typical issues are:
- Anxiety / stress / depression
- Low confidence / self-esteem
- Lack of motivation
- Fear of public speaking
The ultimate goal is to identify and release the root cause of the individual’s limiting beliefs, feelings and behaviours and ‘reboot’ their mind with better, desired ones, leading to improved performance.
1-3 sessions per employee is usually sufficient. Sessions are 90-120 minutes and are run every three weeks until the goals have been achieved. (A private meeting room is required for the sessions.)
I am happy to come in to the company premises for a free initial meeting to discuss requirements, logistics, fees etc.
I also work with small groups for improving motivation, confidence and self-esteem.
